Thomas Harris, MD
Dr. Thomas Harris earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in May 1988. Following his graduation, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the same institution from July 1988 to June 1991.
Before embarking on his medical journey, Dr. Harris pursued a strong foundation in the sciences. He attended the Rutgers University Graduate Program in Chemistry and earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Cook College, Rutgers University, in 1982.
With over thirty years of experience, Dr. Harris is NBME Board Certified in Internal Medicine, a distinction he has maintained with re-certification in 2025. He is also a proud member of the American College of Physicians, demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of medical practice.
Olivia Dias-Quinones, NP
A compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience across internal medicine, emergency care (Orlando Health & Arnold Palmer Hospital), and family practice. Skilled in diagnostic interpretation, pharmacologic management, and patient counseling. Member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.
Ashley Acosta, DNP, RN
Dr. Acosta brings doctoral-level clinical expertise and a deep commitment to culturally competent care. Her research demonstrated that targeted patient education on Chronic Kidney Disease Stage IV significantly improved lifestyle choices and clinical outcomes. Experienced across endocrinology, nephrology, OB-GYN, and family medicine rotations.
Palony Janvier, MSN, AGACNP-BC
A board-certified AGACNP (Florida APRN license, 2025) with a focus on adult and geriatric acute care. Palony has received multiple academic honors including Dean’s List recognition at Barry University and the President’s List. His clinical training included neuroscience specialty rotations at Baptist Health System.
